USDA Prime Grade Rib Steaks $8.99 per pound at Costco Archived From: Grocery Coupons & Deals

We were at a Northern California Costco store today and found frozen, individually vacuum sealed rib steaks for $8.99 per pound. Two steaks are in each $20 to $25 package.

What makes them truly special is that they are USDA Grade Prime, which is some of the very best meat you can buy. Normally USDA Prime steaks can sell for close to $40 per pound.
