Anyone get their rebate yet? It's been 8 weeks since I sent mine in, and there's no contact info on the form.

Nope, I'm in the same boat. I mailed mine 8/6/08.

8/6/08? That's only 6 weeks.

I finally got around to buying these, I had so many boxes of cereal from in-store AWI General Mills savings and rebates, I kept putting this off. Picked up a box of each, with the rebate forms on each box, and made sure I paid separately for each, since rebate requires a cash register receipt. You apparently can get both free, with the separate purchases and the different forms on each box. I managed to get the very last box in the store of the Blueberry Muffin with the rebate form attached. The Smart Start with attached rebate form, is the Strawberry Oat Bites. Finally, this thread needs a 'bump' before it falls off of the board, and for those who aren't aware of the TMF cereal rebate offer.

ETA; The link Mistercheap provided based on Jolissa's post, has changed the form. Originally, it was an either/or form. You could get a rebate for either Bleberry Muffin or Strawberry Oat Bites. Now it's just the Oat Bites, and the date was changed too, you now have to mail by 12/31/08.

The two boxes I bought have the 7/31/09 dates on them, and as I said, I got the last box of the Blueberry Muffin with the rebate included, at my local store.
