got a $5 gift card at Target this week from a different purchase. Cashier cashed it in immediately and gave us the 5 bucks. Couldn't just take $5 off the original purchase though. Funny.

Found the 4 for $9 in the weekly ad, but are there links to the coupons?

I went to Target.com looking for the 50 cents off a box of Pop Tarts coupon, but I didn't see it? Can anyone provide a link to the coupon on Target.com?

Thanks...always good for the hurricane survival kit!

NICE FIND! Also, bonus factor is that the coupons print from that site all on one page. I was worried that it was gonna be 1 coupon per page like a lot of coupon printing sites.

Just got back from Target.
Printed 4 of the Target .50 off one coupons and they took all 4!
So, I got 4/$9 - $2 in coupons - $5 gift card = $2 for 4 12 count boxes!

I'm going back again in a bit to use the 1st $5 gift card + another 4 coupons and with the next $5 GC I figure I've got free poptarts + made $3

Thanks OP, this is my absolute favorite snack too!

DS,

I gotta call you on this math here. How exactly are you getting a true freebie, let alone making money?!

The first 4 boxes cost you $2 OTD; How are you making $5 on the next 4 to make $3 profit.

Methinks you are double counting GCs.

Still not a bad deal though...

I'm confused. $9-$5=$4. $4-.5=$3.5 $3.5-.5=$3

So you'll still pay $3. If you use .5 off of each box that's $2 savings, and you're still paying $1.

How is this item free?

Thanks! My sister hasn't bought her 10 items for the Kraft Fuel for School $10.00 rebate. She must have slept thru the Walgreens deals. She bought 12 and used 12 .50 off coupons = $21 and got back $15 worth of gift cards (3 $5 gift cards) all in one transaction. I thought maybe they would limit to only 1 gift card but she got all 3 and the cashier told her that was a good deal and was going to get her some after she got off work. Her purchase will qualify for the $10 Kraft rebate, so she made money on the deal -- $4 plus a ton of pop tarts.

Where is the $10. Kraft rebate?

Here is a link on Fat Wallet about the Kraft $10 rebate, but according to the post it says that the Pop Tarts have to be an 8-count or larger box in order to qualify. But from looking at the ad for Target it looks like these boxes are 12-count boxes so they qualify. Also, please note that ALL TEN ITEMS MUST BE ON THE SAME RECEIPT IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE $10 REBATE!

I highly recommend buying 12 boxes in one transaction (one receipt). That will give you 144 tasty Pop Tarts. Then you will pay $27 - $6 (12 50-cent Target coupons) - $6 (6 $1 off 2 boxes of Pop Tarts - can be found in the same TASTE insert that you get the $10 rebate form)...that will bring your total down to $15...then you will get 3 $5 Target gift cards and you can mail away for the Kraft $10 rebate also...so your net cost will be $0 and you will make $10 off the deal (minus your 42-cent stamp, of course).

Link on Fat Wallet about the Kraft $10 rebate

Look for the TASTE magazine as a Sunday paper insert on 8/5 featuring a $10 MIR for 10 Kellogg's, Eggo or Keebler Items AND $15 worth of store coupons you can use towards the items for the rebate!

Fuel up for School! with great products and get $10 rebate by mail when you send ten proofs of purchase and original store receipt for any combination of these brands: Any Kellogg's ® cereal (12oz. or larger)
Any Keebler® product (8oz. or larger)
Any Sunshine® product (8 oz. or larger)
Any Eggo® product (8 ct. or larger)
Any Kellogg's® Nutri-Grain® cereal bar (8 ct. or larger)
Any Kellogg's® Special K® cereal bar (6 ct. or larger)
Any Kellogg's® Pop-Tarts® Toaster Pastries (8 ct. or larger)
Any Kellogg's® Rice Krispies Treats® Squares (8 ct. or larger)
Any Kellogg's™ Fruit Flavored Snacks (6 ct. or larger)
All products must be purchased in the same transaction.

Requirements

To receive a $10 rebate check, complete and mail the Official Rebate Form with the required original UPC symbols along with an original dated cash register receipt dated between 8/5/07 and 9/30/07 with the qualifying products circled. (Photo copies are not accepted).

Official Rebate Form can be found in retail stores nationally in the Kellogg's® TASTE Magazine Back to School issue.

Official Rebate Form will also be available in National Newspapers in the FSI coupon section the week of August 5, 2007.

Limit one $10 rebate per household or address. Requests must be postmarked by 9/30/2007 and received by 10/11/2007

Quote directly from the 2008 form: Any Kellogg's Pop-Tarts Toaster Pastries (8ct or Larger) She bought 12ct so this worked out great for her! The Fudge Stripes, rice krispies or cheez-its would all work on this deal as long as all 10 on one receipt (buy 12 for 3 gift cards) The 2008 Taste magazine had a bunch of coupons including the $1 off 2 rice krispies. FYI - MrVietnam, you have linked to a 2007 thread not the 2008 one.

Here is the 2008 thread: 2008 Kelloggs $10 rebate thread Credit to Mistercheap for making us all aware of the rebate.

NOTE: Updated for today YMMV - I bought a combination of 12 items today and the cashier tried to say only one offer per purchase but couldn't produce anything that said this was the rule so she gave me all three. I was polite but firm and had the ad.
