where is this coupon found? current week?

I answered that question in my previous post, but I will repeat it for you. The $1 off 2 boxes of Pop Tarts coupon is found in the same newspaper insert that you will find your official rebate form. It was included in the Sunday newspaper a few Sundays back with the other Sunday coupons. It is called TASTE and is a supplement by Kellogs.

By the way if you look carefully at the coupons they have 2 $1 coupons in the supplement. One is for $1 off 2 boxes any variety Pop Tarts. The other is for $1 off two boxes of vanilla milkshake or strawberry milkshake flavor Pop Tarts. I was successfully able to use both coupons even though I didn't buy the vanilla or strawberry milkshake varieties. The coupon scans just fine. The only problem you may have is if the cashier carefully reads its terms and realizes you didn't buy any of that variety.

What a deal! 144 Pop Tarts and when all is said and done they pay you to take them.

Specifically the pop tarts coupons are in the Red Plum insert from (fixed) 8/3. There is a Kellogg's section in the insert, the edge is green and it should stick out a little on the side. All the coupons and the rebate form are towards the end of the Kellogg's section. MrVietnam's information is perfect.
It's a great deal, now I just need to be able to find 12 packs of them.

edit:
yes, Bill, it was, I was just coming back to edit. The Kellogg's insert was 8/3. I got it confused with the Pop Tarts coupon that is also in RP 8/17 (it's for the vanilla but as stated with the 8/3 version, it should also scan). Sorry. I guess I'm more tired than I thought.

Actually, I think the Kelloggs insert (with rebate form and coupons) was in the 8/3 paper, at least that's when it was in my paper.

I am having problems locating the Target .50 coupons. I have checked AFC and the Target website with no luck. I find other coupons, not the Poptart ones. If anyone can assist me I would appreciate it.

Look at Dark Mistress' post on the first page. I clicked on that yesterday and it worked fine for me. Also Dark Mistress put the link on the quick summary so you can click it there too. I just clicked on it now to confirm it is working and I found the Pop Tart coupon. You have to scroll down a while (it is about half way down the page), but it is there. Pop Tarts are just a click away. Good luck. This is a great deal. They actually pay you to buy their Pop Tarts in bulk.

Also a $1 off 2 coupon that includes the milkshake poptarts in the 8/17 Red Plum ads.

Kraft Fuel for School $10.00 rebate is from 2007. Won't fly without time machine. Last time machine deal is now dead. Only those who got in on that deal will be able to qualify, but that's too many hoops....

The 2008Kraft Fuel for School rebate form was in the Kellogg pull out section of the 8/3/08 Red Plum coupon flyer.

If somebody has the Vocalpoint coupons (the special K ones)they're $1 off one product and they work fine on the Poptarts.

Rickmaster--you are correct that MrVietnam's link takes you to the 2007 thread. Try this one for the 2008 deal:

Credit goes to MISTERCHEAP for making us all aware of the deal.

Is anyone having a hard time getting the Target Coupon to print?

$9.00 (4 boxes)

-$5.00 (gift card)
-$2.00 (4 x .50 Target coupon)
-$2.00 (2 x 1.00 manufacturer coupon)

= $0

Have you done it yourself?
I've never seen target allow 2 coupons for any one item. You can either use mfr coupon or Target coupons for same item.
All coupons used at at target will show a line number pointing to original line where the item was purchased. I've tried it several times but their system will not let you use two coupons on same line number. For example, if you can combine a GE $2 off any CFL and Target $3 off one CFL, that will make it free. Believe me - I've tried it several times but no go.

In this case best bet will be to use 2 target coupons plus 2 mfr coupons. Mfr coupons are $1 off 2 and target is $0.50 off 1. So technically you can use both coupons for purchase of two Poptarts. And if the computer allows it or you get a willing cashier, they can ring each coupon on a seperate line number.

So according to my calculations, your best price may be $9 - $2 (mfr) - $1 (target) - $5 Target GC = $1.
A super excellent deal but not free.

I have used both manufacturer and target coupons for the same item all the time at target. I have seen both coupons under the same line, if not, one will go below. These items will not zero out as you are still paying cash for them and getting the gift card. I have also used multiples of Target (same coupon) and other coupons with no problem at my Target.

I actually haven't tried this deal, because if I do they will get in my mouth. : ) But, I know it would work here.

YOu may also be able to get these coupons on eBay. I saw some yesterday...unless they have all sold out.

I have done this offer using 12 50-cent Target store coupons and 4 $1 off two boxes manufacturer's coupons. Works fine without a hitch. Store coupons and manufacture coupons can be combined at most any store and Target is no exception.

The rule at Target is one manufacturer AND one Target coupon per item. Some employees are not aware of this rule but it is corporate policy. However, the stores can limit the number of printed Target coupons you use at their discretion.

I copied this from helpme363 at families.com but it is identical to the Target coupon policy I have seen posted before. I'd suggest printing it and taking it with you. I can't count the number of times I've had to use mine.

TARGET POLICY

Dear Target Guest,

Coupons are a great way to save even more when shopping at Target, and we make it easy to use them at our stores. But because of the variety of coupons available to our guests, we do have some guidelines for how coupons can be redeemed at Target:

-- We accept two kinds of coupons: Target-issued coupons and manufacturer-issued coupons.
-- We'll accept one Target coupon and one manufacturer coupon for the same item, unless either coupon prohibits it.
-- We can't give Cash Back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item; in that case, we'll adjust the value of the coupon to equal the price of the item.
-- We can't accept coupons from other retailers, or coupons for products not carried in our stores.
-- All valid coupons should be presented to the cashier at the time of sale.

I apologize for any disappointment this may have caused you.

Have questions or want more information about using coupons at Target?
Check with a Guest Services Team Leader at your store. You can also give us a call at (800) 440-0680, or visit us on Target.com. Either way, we're here to help!

Thanks for shopping with us. We'll see you again soon at Target.

Sincerely,

Juliette

Off the topic, what time will Target close today (9/1)?
Did they take the Poptarts coupon down. I can't find it

Thanks

alert mods

The coupon's been taken off Full Cup and is nowhere to be found at target.com. I guess the title should read Pop-Tarts for $2 now.

alert mods

Yes, it appears the 50 cents off Target store coupon has been taken down. I wonder why? Maybe Target was getting deluged with them.

alert mods

I missed the deal then. Maybe FW effect?
