I believe that one account and one computer lets you get 2 Q's. So you'll need a 2nd PC and a 2nd account to get the full 4 Q's to make $2 on this deal.

Sadly, the Target by me (Centerville/Warner Robins, GA)has decided to limit their coupon accepetance to a $0 balance, they won't let you make money. I called Target Customer Svc from the store and they politely said the individual store has that discretion. Off to the Macon Target!
They gave me a printout of the Target Coupon Policy, would it be helpful if I printed it here like we have Wal-Mart's?
For this deal, you should still have to pay $3 initially. Then you get a $5 giftcard. So I don't see why you can't use 4x$2 off coupons for $11 purchase.
