Miller $5 MIR when you spend $10 on any Rotisserie or Fried Chicken, with the purchase of any one 12-pack or larger of Miller High Life or Miller High Life Lite (cans or bottles). Purchase between 8-3 and 9-1-09. Postmarked by 9-16-09. Valid for FL, GA, SC, TN, and VA. Send originals (no copies) this form, UPC from beer and dated cash register receipt. I have extra forms to trade. Thanks.
