Life Savers Peg Bag $1, FREE AC - Acme Markets (NJ, PA, DE)

At Acme Markets, they are running a special on Life Savers individually wrapped candies. Each bag is $1 with the Acme Supercard.

Inside specially marked bags (which was every bag of Wintergreen and Spearmint that I saw on the racks) there is a $1 off coupon for any 1 Life Savers peg bag.

Essentially, I suggest buying a bag or two, opening the bag, removing the coupon, then turn around and buy a bag of lifesavers using the coupon.

YMMV on how many times you'll be allowed to do that by the store. You will have to pay sales tax if applicable.

The nice thing is that the Life Savers are individually wrapped and will still be fresh.

Prices in my local Acme are good through Thursday, 8/27.
