I have a question about Walgreens's Register Rewards.
Today I went to Walgreens. The cashier scaned the RR coupon but left it in the bag. I am just wondering if it's reuseable? Thanks.

Well, your cashier screwed up by putting it in the bag. They have to send those in to get reimbursement, and since you still have it, that means the store isn't getting their money back from whatever company sponsored that RR. The UPC codes on all RR for a particular campaign are the same (the identifier code next to the UPC is different) so you could use it again and it would work, but that would basically be the same thing as copying a one-time use coupon and using it twice. Will work, but not really ethical since you are screwing the store out of the money.

actually, he isn't. if the cashier didn't put it in the register they are already screwed. If he uses it again and they submit it, they will get paid, right? so in essence the screwing already took place, sort of like being given too much change and not giving it back. not advocating using it again, but, have to say Wag's won't lose any money if they get it right the 2nd time around and submit coupon for redemption.

Yup, very good example.
