Saw this hanging off one a bottle at my local store. I can't find it anywhere online, but it's a mfg rebate.

$5 off any 1 bottle 750mL or larger.
$12 off any 2 bottles 750 mL or larger.
$21 off any 3 bottles 750 mL or larger.

Excludes Triple Sec.

Stuff must be postmarked by Feb 15, 2010.

One rebate per address and they actually want the UPC.

Stock up for the holidays. The lower proof stuff makes some good mixers or flavoring to other other drinks.

Do you have any to trade?
What states is this form valid in?

Can you post the complete details?

This would be awesome! Any additional details would be great. What state did you find this is? Thanks!

Grabbed the rebate last night. If I have time I'll get it scanned

Wow, thanks for typing all that up. I'd like to find that one.

That was a lot of info, thank you for typing it all out! Maybe they will decide to make a version of it for other states that aren't listed. I'll keep my eye out for it . . .

Ok. So removing the original UPC is not easy.

1) Soak the bottle in water until you can see that water has completely penetrated the label.
2) Use a razor blade to scrape it up gently. If you just try and peel it the label will separate.

I believe this is wrong. My take is that all they want are the UPC code numbers, written on the rebate slip.

I've submitted rebates for wine several times that had identical or nearly identical language on the rebate slip, I simply wrote down the numbers without pealing the UPC code off the bottle, and received the rebates.

OP, a few suggestions that would enable a lot more people to learn about your deal:

1) Change the title to something like "DeKuyper Liqueurs Assorted Varieties 750ml Bottle As Low As $1 + tax AR" **

2) Ask a moderator to move this to the Hot Deals forum where a whole lot more people will see it.

Here's a link to DeKuyper's varieties of liqueurs:

** I puchased mine at Woodman's Grocery Stores (WI, IL, IA) for $7.99 a bottle. 3 x $7.99 - $21 rebate = $3/3 bottles = $1/bottle.
There doubtless are some states with greater restrictions on alcohol sales where you won't find prices that low, but $7.99/bottle is regular price at Woodman's.

anyone got an extra one of these? I can't find the forms in my area...

Thanks!

That's what I was thinking, too, Lousygolfer.

I did this rebate last year (well 2008/2009) and the rebate form actually said to just write the numbers.

This one here says to write them below, too. But, it is worded funny and says "original UPC bar symbol" and at the end of the sentence, in parentheses, it says "to be written below".

Sure are a lot of liquor rebates lately. I bought 2 1.5 liter bottles of Burnette's Vodka during the holidays and only paid 9 bucks each!

I have 4) 21.00 DeKuyper forms available for trade if anyone is interested x 2/15 and p/m 2/28
