Also, the 5/3 SS has a Little Allergies coupon, the 8/2 Red Plum has a Blink Ters coupon, and the 3/8 SS has a Zucol coupon.

I am having a hard time printing the $5 off Zantac coupon. It says it is printing but nothing ever prints out. Too bad.

The Blink coupon in the 8/2 Red Plum is for $3, twice as much as the one available online.

have to use IE for coupon to work.

I did use IE, still it didn't print. That is OK.

Today is the first day of the sale for me in here in Southern California, so it is off to Rite Aid today after work (if I can get there before Los Angeles Angels baseball). Go Angels!

oh Vietnam, you're a great poster...but....GO YANKEES!

hoping for a Phils/Yankees world series, let the California teams watch on TV!

Oh good god. I thought at least in the grocery forum of fw, I'd be safe from all this useless baseball nonsense. I live outside of Philly and I hope the Phillies lose, I'm so sick of PHillies PHever, PHans, and all the other PH crap.

oh good god is right! may the Yankees win!

This item is not FAR (at least in Southern California):

#84 John Frieda
Purchase One
Sheer Blonde, Brilliant Brunette, or Luxurious Volume
$2.00 SCR
valid only this week

It costs 4.99 minus the $2.00 SCR, it still costs $2.99.

Warning, this coupon beeps for children product that's on sale. Because the coupon family code is not same as upc code on the box. If you are lucky cashier will push thru, my cashier did not

I bought the children's Coldcalm Pellets and I used the $1 Internet-printed coupon and it didn't beep for me -- scanned just fine without the cashier having to "push it through."

Here's a proposed split for the 4 orders, each with a $5/20 coupon. It is adapted from one I found at HCW, but the person for some reason was thinking that the $20 coupon was only $4 off, so they made one of them $25 (to use the $5/25) and had to add a filler to that order and the free coupon Poligrip in another. I simplified it with just the FAR stuff.

Just back from Rite Aid!

well stocked on FAR items, got everything. Just be careful with the NeliMed items, there are lots of packagings that look similar but you have to read the description carefully to make sure it's the exact FAR item.

The lip balms are very cool, some neat flavors. Got Vanilla Bean.

My store had everything except for the Sambucol Lozenges. I even found a $2.00 peelie coupon the FAR Zantac Cool 24 ct. A few of the items rang up at the full price instead of the sale price, so be careful that you don't get overcharged.

That is scary that items rang up at full price since it is typially an indication that you bought the wrong thing.

The same thing happened last week (prices rang up wrong) but the rebates went through fine, so I'm not worried. They had to manually adjust the prices on 3 or 4 items last week, and 3 or 4 more items this week.

9.49 for three?

oops, sorry no i didn't look at purchase 3, on the tag at the store i must of mistaken about the limit 1. sorry will edit and delete

Just got back from RA, they had everything, including the Sambucol. I got them from the regular shelf but they actually had a display set up in the front of the store with a bunch of the items. No tax on anything in New York, even the EOS stuff. Everything rang up at the sale price and I was able to split it into 4 orders to use the $5/20 coupon on each.

Seems strange that some stuff would ring up wrong for you and not for others.

Bill, you screwed me up today. I got lazy and just copied your "plan of attack'
My 1st stop they had EVERYTHING but I was afraid to buy too much with my coupons.
I just got 2 seperate orders from your list parts "A" and "B".
My next stop they didn't have much so I was only able
to split parts "C" and 'D" from your list.Stop #3 didn't have much either so I left
empty handed. Going back to stop #1 later and hope a different cashier is working
and try to use my last $5 off $20 but will need some fillers. Of course, I
already wasted more than $5 in gas going from place to place.

My bad. Thanks for the help anyway. Next time I won't be so lazy and
not in such a big hurry. To make things worse, my $20 GOS has not
arrived yet so that will have to wait until next month I guess.

p.s. I guess us Mets fans will have to wait until next year.....AGAIN.

yeah, scenarios are only as good as the stock available to make them work. if one or two items are OOS you have to start all over again to figure out the math. a royal pain at times. I have not received my GOS either, but if it does come this week, planning on doing a return/rebuy with it since there isn't $20 worth of FAR items in one week in the next couple of weeks.

All the items were on an endcap at my store. Piece of cake!

Your problem was you weren't brave enough. You should have just done all 4 orders and let them try to tell you no. I didn't have any problem this week or last. Worst case you could have gone out to your car and come back in to buy the other 2 pieces with a different cashier.

With a sale like this, if you find a store that has everything, you pounce and do not take a chance on finding the stuff at a different store.

Can anyone who successfully printed the $5 off Zantac coupon, can you post it (or at least private message me a copy)? I tried multiple times to print the coupon (in both Firefox AND Internet Explorer) but with no luck. I have a $1 manufacturer coupon but I hate to forgo $4 of manufacturer coupon value if I don't have to.

Yeah...I know. I was just a little afraid to use too many of the
$5 off $20 coupons. If they are "supposedly" 1 per person b/c
they are from watching the videos and didn't want to draw
attention. If the cute cashier who thinks the yellow coupons
are "cute" was working I might have tried but no luck. I
have used close to 20 of those coupons at that one store
alone over the past few weeks.

In the end it was my own fault and was not really blaming
anybody. " To err is human...to blame it on somebody
else is even more human."

Vietnam,

you are asking someone (and if you use it) to commit coupon fraud, these are one time use, uniquely PIN#'ed coupons and cannot be copied to be used.

No, it wasn't a 24 hour store. It opened at 10:00am and I was there at the opening.

For those needing fillers: Central Vite 130 ct is B1G1 for 7.99. There is a coupon in the free oral care coupon book from Rite Aid from previous SCR for a free Central Vite, so you get 2 bottles for free (and 7.99 towards your purchase of 5off20)

Also, Kit Kat and Hershey snack size bags on sale for 1.99 each, with a coupon in Sunday's paper for Buy 3, get 1 Free. The cashier scanned coupon and gave me credit for 3.99 regular price, so essentially it was Buy 2, Get 2 Free. (7.96 - 3.99).

This coupon is no longer available - Thank you for your interest.

But, stores have a $2 off peely on 75 Zantac box.

Thanks for trying, ANightShopper.

I split my order into 4 and tried using the $5 off $20 coupons 4 times and the cashier gave me a hard time. They said this was a scanned copy and really not valid and on top of that you are trying to use it 4 times. The cashier said this time I'll let you use it but next time I can't. The Mgr was standing next to the cashier. This was at a 24 hr Rite Aid at 1:00 am in the morning.

My coupon from the RiteAid video thing (the source of the $5 off $20) has my name printed on it, so maybe they're starting to get wise and personalize these things. I just did the video thing yesterday. Also, my expiration date is 11/30 ... although the date printed near the $5 off verbage still says 10/1-10/31 ... and the number at the bottom is different ... so maybe they have a new one that's going to be good for November, or changed it mid-month for new video viewers? (BTW, for those interested in viewing the vids to get other coupons, the way they have it set up, you have to keep the window active - so you can't just click on a video and then come back to fw to surf while the video plays ... the video stops and won't resume until you go back to the page and click it again ... Most of the vids are only 30 seconds, but sheesh. )
