Best scenario I could come up with

$5/$20 plus 2- $2 RA and 2-$2 MQ= $6.98 with $1 filler (done twice) plus $5.99 for the lone 5th pack ($9.99 this week - $2 RA and $2 MQ). $16.95 plus tax for all 5 packs, after the one $3 RA rebate. And that doesn't include the $11.49 value for the voucher, redeemable for a 6th pack. Total OOP for 6 packs- $16.95, $2.83 per pack.
