Great deal at Outback steak house. If you buy $100 worth of gift cards, they give you an additional $20 promo gift card that can be used in January or February. Combine with the $10 MIR above, and that's $130 for $100 outlay.

A good way to do this is to go to Walgreens and buy a Walgreens $100 gift card and then use the Walgreens gift card to purchase another $100 gift card (I buy the Shell Gas cards) if your Walgreens allows you to buy a gift card with a Walgreens gift card. Both Walgreens in my town allow this so I can get 2 receipts for $100 gift cards and end up with 1 $100 gift card. I do rebate to multiple addresses so I am always in need of multiple reciepts.
