mine cleared today. this may be a case where you had to get a very specific toothbrush. it was the Oral-B CrossAction 40 soft or medium, or the 55 soft/med (which has the same UPC).
Yeah....I just saw that. My Sunday circular didn't specify a particular model, but even worse, the store had a bunch at the register with the FAR sign so I just scooped one up, the WRONG one evidently.
I just called the SCR center and some anal chick gave me a hard time and said it was my fault for getting the wrong one and "sometimes" the circulars and signs in the stores are wrong.She would not credit my account and told me to return it and get the correct one.
It is not the $3 but the principle of the thing. Good thing I'm going to JCP tonight to use my $10 rewards and 15% customer survey ( which you can COMBINE which is nice to know), so I'll stop in to RA and return a stinkin' toothbrush that I didn't need in the first place.

What ticks me off even more now, is after I returned it, I "only" got $1.99 back instead of $2.99. I used a $1 coupon, which in the long run RA will profit off of and it is not a $1 MM for me.
But, I've made TONS of money off RA over the years, so to lose $1 is not a big deal.

I was rejected twice. The first time it was my fault because I bought the 60 soft. I made sure it was 40 soft the second time and it was also rejected. I returned both. Both times, it was clearly stated eligible at the (2 different) stores.
