Kmart up to $100 in Kmart gift cards when you transfer four prescriptions. $25 for each transfer. Valid 11-1 to 12-24-09. Gift cards good toward next purchase of non-pharmacy merchandise. Bring this certificate with you with the purchase of up to 4 prescriptions. Void if reproduced. Offer not valid in AR, NY or on prescriptions paid for in whole or in part by any government programs. In NJ, valid only for customers over 60 years of age. Not valid in LA. I do have extra forms to trade.
Is there a coupon for new prescriptions? And would WalMart honor them?

My K-mart would not accept the coupon. They claimed that my prescription was partly paid for by the government. I'm a retired federal government employee, and the the government does pay part of my insurance premium, but all other stores have accepted their own coupons when I present them. Maybe I'll try at CVS to see if they will accept the K-mart coupon.
