Bring this certificate with you with the purchase of up to 4 prescriptions. Void if reproduced. Offer not valid in AR, NY or on prescriptions paid for in whole or in part by any government programs. In NJ, valid only for customers over 60 years of age. Not valid in LA. I do have extra forms to trade.

Wow, have to see if my mother/grandmother are interested in this. great deal!

Can I do this from the website or thru the forms you are talking about? Thank you!

Or, look in the Rite Aid ad, if you have them, and they normally have $25 RX GC cpns. Take to Kmart as they will honor comps. cpns and get a Kmart GC!

Many CVS's will also accept the Kmart coupon as a competitor coupon, great if you don't like Kmart and would rather have a CVS gift card. LOL

Is there a coupon for new prescriptions? And would WalMart honor them?

My K-mart would not accept the coupon. They claimed that my prescription was partly paid for by the government. I'm a retired federal government employee, and the the government does pay part of my insurance premium, but all other stores have accepted their own coupons when I present them. Maybe I'll try at CVS to see if they will accept the K-mart coupon.
