Miller $15 MIR for a $30 grocery purchase (must include a turkey or ham). Valid in VA. Purchase between 11-18-09 and 1-3-10. Postmarked by 1-18-10. Send originals (no copies) this form and dated cash register receipt. Excludes pharmacy, tobacco, gift cards and alcholic beverages. I do have extra forms to trade. Thanks.
