Does it work if the total pre-MIR is $100? Then I would take this, add a filler (like this), for a total of $102.97 less $25 coupon you mentioned less $20 MIR for the drive for a total of $57.97. Will it fly?
Oh, shoot! The $25 off would drop the price of a DNS-321 NAS I just bought for nearly $90 after MIR and BC from TigerDirect to $77.77 after MIR!! Oh well...
Is Paypal going to verify if you didn't receive the original coupon email? They are usually on top of this. It would be a drag to be denied the $25, which would make this deal average at best.

click the coupon link, it works a-ok. You have to pay with paypal, that's the only catch.

I thought the problem with that drive is that MIR never comes.

Does anyone know some tricks on swapping the drive in these. I opened mine up, and tried putting in a Seagate 500GB drive, but my computer wouldn't recognize it until I put the WD Green Drive back in. I just don't need 1.5TB for what I'm using this drive for (Wii game backup), but I could use it in my desktop.

I, too, would be very interested in figuring out how to do this. BTW, I just bought one, so the deal's still alive. Thanks, OP.

What in sam hill is going on, EVERYTHING even my order at eBay Disappeared, what shady stuff is that?, and why is eBay covering for them? I don't mean it was canceled it DISAPPEARED, all traces.

You already got green from me op, I just have to say mine came in 2 days Fedex, great deal. My paypal coupon worked fine, I used the coupon link provided. I wish I had another paypal account, I would have bought two.

I was able to replace mine with a 250gb drive. You need to right-click MyComputer -> manage -> disk management, locate the drive, usually unpartition and inactive, right-click on it and mark as active, then right-click and format.

Cool, I'll give that a try. The drive I tried using I had just reformatted a week earlier and it was working in my system. My usb ports are buggy too, so maybe that was the problem.
