I just got back from Sam's Club installing 4 Michelin Tires on my 99 Dodge Conversion Van. Tires were $91 a piece for 235/75/R15XL & after Tax, Installation & Cash Back - the total came up to $396. I personally think thats a steal on Michelin's which I consider a very very good tire if not the best.
They even come with a Sam's Club warranty (terms attached) & FREE Tire Rotation for life & Road Hazard Warranty & Road Side Assistance.
Considering how expensive tires are, to get out under $400 for 4 NEW Tires after installation, tax & some freebies is HOT SHIT. I did a lot of research at Sears, Les Schwab, Big O & all of them were offering a lower grade (no disrespect)Nextar, Kumho & Falken's for atleast $120 more & with no freebies & installation & tax extra. Offer ends June 30th.
SAM’S CLUB Basic Tire Warranty Workmanship and Materials: The passenger or light truck tires purchased from SAM’S CLUB, used in normal service on the vehicle on which they were originally installed, are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original usable tread or 4 years from date of purchase, whichever comes first. At that time, all warranties, express or implied, are terminated. The life of the original usable tread is the original tread down to the level of the treadwear indicators - 2/32nds of an inch of tread remaining. Date of purchase is documented by the tire sales service work order. If there is no proof of purchase date, coverage will be based on date of manufacture. Replacement will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the "How Replacement Charges are Calculated." Tire Installation Package charges are applicable on the replacement product. Treadwear: If, within four years of the date of purchase, (unless warranty time frame differs as specified by the tire manufacturer), the tire wears evenly across the tread, down to the treadwear indicators (2/32nds of an inch of tread remaining), before providing the warranted miles of service as indicated by the vehicle odometer, it will be replaced with a comparable new SAM’S CLUB tire for a pro-rata charge based on mileage received as described in the "How Replacement Charges are Calculated." Tire Installation Package charges are applicable on the replacement product.
What’s Not Covered Tires which become unserviceable due to:
•Road hazard injury (e.g., a cut, snag, bruise, impact break or puncture, whether repairable or not) •Incorrect mounting of the tire, tire/wheel imbalance or improper repair •Underinflation, overinflation, improper maintenance or other abuse •Mechanical irregularity in the vehicle such as wheel misalignment resulting in uneven or rapid wear •Accident, fire, chemical corrosion, tire alteration or vandalism •Tires used in commercial service for treadlife •Tires which have worn out unevenly (a tread groove difference of 2/32nds of an inch or more on the same tire) •Ozone or weather checking How Replacement Charges are Calculated Workmanship / Materials: A tire which becomes unserviceable due to a condition covered under the workmanship and materials limited will be replaced with a comparable new tire, free of charge, when 2/32nds of an inch or less of the original tread is worn and within 12 months of the date of purchase. The Tire Installation Package is provided at no cost on the free replacement tire. The cost of any other fees and applicable taxes is payable by the member. When more that 2/32nds of an inch of original tread has been worn or after 12 months from date of purchase, the Member must pay the cost of a comparable new passenger or light truck tire on a pro-rata basis. The replacement charge will be determined by multiplying the percentage of the original usable tread worn, by the current SAM’S CLUB selling price. Tire installation charges, other fees and applicable taxes are payable by the Member.
Treadwear: A tire, which is worn down to 2/32nds of an inch or less prior to delivering the warranted mileage, and which has not exceeded the four year time limit (unless warranty time frame differs as specified by the tire manufacturer), is eligible for an adjustment credit based on the difference between the actual mileage delivered vs. the warranted mileage. Tire Installation Package charges are applicable on the replacement product.

This deal pretty much is going on all the time in my area (Maryland). I can only think of a few weeks in the last year or so that you couldn't get the 70 0ff 4 tires.

These "deals" are always going on Actually, discount tires direct usually has a better deal, they beat my costco by about $200. You go through b..g and they also have michelin with a $70. mir + free shipping and NO TAX.
I purchased these tires from the CONCORD location in Northern CA at Sams Club. I suggest you call them & just to compare apples to apples, ask them for Michelin's 235/75R/15 XL tires that they have. If you need a bill scanned - Ill be happy to help. They will quote you $90 ish per tire. Sales Tax where I live is 9.25%.
Hopefully this helps. I dont have a model number but can take a pic & scan my reciept if it helps you.

Unless the tires you got have different price from Sam's website or different model.
I am in the market for Michelin 205/60R16 tires. It's always around $129.
Where are you seeing Road Hazard & Roadside Assistance? I see Road Hazard excluded (used to include it) & no mention of roadside...
