I got this exact fridge 6 months ago with Whirlpool rebates (package deal with oven & dishwasher). Fridge works great and water filtration leaves water tasting great. Filters are a bit pricey but that is all of them. Ice maker works great too. The buttons on the door are a bit flimsy, but we never turn on light, etc.

Been looking at fridges for awhile, and this deal seems hot to me. The white version of this fridge (ED5VHEXVQ) is $639.20 less 10% movers plus tax with free ship. Just ordered one. Let me know if you guys see a better deal somewhere, but $600 shipped including tax for a 25 cu ft side-by-side seems good to me.

does lowes allow 10% coupon along with the 20% sales?
I tried to use the movers coupun in addition to the 20% off sale, they said no. called 2 other stores they both said yes! Drove 10 minutes saved $200!!!

I didn't need code, just told the mgr. I had 10% coupon coming to me in a few days, but wanted to take advanted of sale that ends today and he said, don't worry about it, I will give you 10% w/o coupon!!! I upgraded to other whirlpool frig. it was $979 and all whirlpool appliances are 20% off, so it came to $783 then 10% off = $705 + tax and Arizona has a $300 government rebate, plus you might check your electric utililties company, sometimes they have rebates if you get an energy efficient appliance........
well, my end cost for the fridge was 615 - $50 rebate - $35 rebate = $530 delivered.
Unfortunately, the compressor quit working only three days after being installed. Its 6 days until the repairman can get here. I'm wondering if this was a good purchase after all.

I got rid of the filter in mine and installed a inline filter. Heck of a lot cheaper. The water will still flow with the pricey filter removed.
I got the same one too from best buy last year....works great!!!!

I got the black one for $639+tax. Then got the squaretrade 3 yr warranty for $50. I say its a good deal. My Lowes was no go on the mover coupon

I don't know if what I have is the "mover coupon" but in my moving kit from my post office I got a coupon which reads: project starter. Please don't hate if this IS the mover coupon, This is my first post. The good news? I just ordered the fridge online and used the 15 digit number under the barcode on the hard copy as a "promo code" and it applied the 10%. Thanks!!
