good price. I had an older version Haier portable washer, and used it for 4 years, the lint collector broke and the cover has a crack on it. I got a lot black mold for quite a long time on the clothes so I hated it until I figured I should leave the cover open all the time after wash. the lint collector was quoted $10 so I used a sock wrap around the original frame. But other than that, it works just great, saved me a lot for coin washer, and made me feel cleaner for infant stuff.
I didn't realize an apartment ready portable washer exist before I saw a post here for the earlier version of this washer And after four years of use, I have some good words for these things. Another thing to be cautious is to secure the drain pipe, because if it falls off, your bathroom will be flooded. And if you are not on first floor, the property manager will really kick you out It happened to me several times and I was just lucky they didn't really enforce the rule to kick me out.
I've been using another Haier portable washer for 7 yrs, very reliable so far. The only mishap was the drain hose came off and all the residue water on the bottom of the machine that normally accumulates there came out (1/2 gallon or more). That lead to a lot of cleaning up. It was my fault though as I was either tugging on the hose or moving the machine with the hose still attached to the sink.
