I don't know if this qualifies as a "Hot Deal", but I have this exact scoop and love it. It seems to cut right through ice cream without any kind of pre-warming. I don't recommend washing it in the dishwasher as it seems to discolor the silver part, but a quick rinse with hot water is usually all that's needed.
