I found the LEGO Creator Beach House at the Redmond, WA Target for $7.24 and I picked up two and left one. Not sure if other stores have same price and online price is $28.99.
This was part of the toy clearance at Target that reached final clearance (75% off) about three weeks ago. There were also some other LEGO sets on clearance. However, the odds of finding any LEGO sets now are pretty low. Lucky for you!

The LEGO Beach House scanned at full price in Everett, WA today. Most of the Targets around here have it in inventory--except for Redmond WA. I wasn't motivated enough to check other Targets today.
