I've bought dented box stuff from Logitech before and I've never even received anything worse than what I'd expect to see on the shelf at Best Buy. The occasional pushed in corner, nothing worse.
1.) Someone is sitting in a Logitech factoring damaging the boxes.
2.) Logitech should be more concerned about finding a solution to all these dented boxes rather than marketing them for sale.
Either way Logitech has great products. My Logitech mouse looks similar but it is nice because the little usb dongle fits right into the mouse. Freaking sweet!

Truth. Every time I see one of these dented box blowouts, I imagine a UPS vs. Logitech basketball game where they use mice and keyboards, and when a "ball" is worn out, a young ballboy/ballgirl dives for it and tosses it in a big bin labeled "For Dented Box Sale".

nah, let that employee beat up the boxes...i'd rather get a dented box with a working product than a shiny looking box with a doa product inside. The few dented boxes that I have ordered from Logitech were cosmetically in better condition than some retail stuff that I've bought.
Or, they're finding boxes with slight dents, or denting them themselves, so they can sell them at clearance prices, since they don't work with the new unifying receiver, but without marking them clearance, since some people shy aware from clearance items (since they're often on clearance because of an upcoming better model), but people think they're getting a secret hot deal from buying dented box items. Just a theory.
