What the heck is Rolling Thunder? The last script upgrade I nicknamed "Rolling Thunder" because it automatically trims back the summary lists to last 30 days. Hence, instead of having to start a new thread each month this one just keeps rolling along.

New ... Search Target stores for inventory This search utility will search local Target stores for inventory based upon the DCPI or ASIN numbers. It's limited to only items that are on the Target website and the results are somewhat questionable. However it does seem to work.

Quick Summary Traditional Holiday clearance schedule 50% off day 1-3 after holiday. 75% off some on day 3, most on day 4-6, post holiday. 90% off on day 6 or 7 after holiday for 2 days.
Other than Christmas this is the schedule used for holiday clearance, including Valentine's Day, Global Bazaar, Easter, Summerville/Random Acts of Summer (aka 4th of July), and Halloween.
The schedule varies from store to store, just because one store goes 75% off on day 3 does not mean yours will.

Since each store has different stock and items are at different clearance percentages at various stores/regions, please post the location of the target store where you found the deal. City, ST works easiest, but if you are uncomfortable with that, even the state is helpful. If there are several Targets in your metro area you may choose to be more specific.

That said, if you have it on for more than 2 hours, LEAVE IT IN FLASHING MODE. My bro really liked mine and left the lights on steady all day and I noticed the ones on the left started to go dim. Thankfully, that "healed itself" the next time I used it, but from then on out I set it to cycle instead of stay steady.

I just got the ipod in the mail and haven't played with it yet (really too much too do at the moment)...I just randomly play with the lights but I wouldn't leave them on for hours.
I bought mine which was a display model. It was odd being on the 'other end' for a change but there I was talking to the Target guy who was on the phone with someone who wanted this. I was about to buy it and he said he can't put it on hold to the guy on the phone. I wish he would have told the caller to call back to check before coming over but by the conversation the guy sounded like he was pushy and not listening.
I like the speakers - just enough sound for me. Nothing special but is just fine.
My display - to both my surprise and the Target guy - had the remote attached to the back. So up until this point (without the ipod) it works. If you know anything else funky with it, PM me. I plan on playing with all of it when I get more class work done.
And if anyone didn't know this (I didn't), that it's standard to get 20% off display models. So I bought it for just under $21...thanks to our great Target deal thread.
