PhotoImpact® Pro 13 is claiming to be available in-store only. Not available for shipping. Also, the rebate only says "at Office Depot" and not "at OfficeDepot.com", so I think i will skip an online order for in-store pickup.
PS coupon 10269742 is 15/75 and works on software.

The Office Depot cashier read that limitation out loud, plugged it into the register anyway and $25 came off my order.
The manager at Staples in two separate orders on the same day approved $30 off and $20 off (the $20 coupon didn't have the limitation but he didn't even take a close look at either one before approving them.
If you do get rejected, just try another store.
I wouldn't have posted the coupons if they didn't work.

Question for those that have had rebate problems with Office Depot in the past.
I bought System Mechanic Professional back in November and paid with a Worklife rewards gift card.
I received the $30 upgrade rebate but not the regular $40 rebate.
This one was kind of tricky because one rebate required the original UPC and a copy of the proof of purchase while the other rebate required the original proof of purchase and a copy of the UPC.
As the proof of purchase and the UPC were right next to each other it is possible that I sent both originals in one envelope and both copies in the other (honestly I can't remember if I did it right or not). Either way I did send both.
I called Rebates HQ. They claim that they didn't receive the original proof of purchase in either envelope. They refused to process the $40 rebate but said that they could investigate which would take 7-10 days.
Since I didn't pay with a credit card I might be screwed on this one.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not sure what to say now since you already spoke with them. See what they say in 7-10 days I guess. What I would have done is looked at the scans of my submissions to determine which rebate got the originals and gone from there. If I sent the right ones to the right rebates I would have insisted that to them.

I have done hundreds of rebates. The Iolo System Mechanic Professional rebates are the only rebates that I never received. They used every excuse to deny my rebates. My advice is never purchase Iolo products.
I paid with a Visa gift card. Are you sure cashier did not pushed through using generic coupon code of 9999? Can you check your receipt and confirm back the coupon code please?

Got a question on OD's ink program; according to their rule, you can only use the ink reward to the amount of qualifying purchase. Is that mean this year or the prior year's purchase? If I took 20 ink cart in and bought $40 of stuff today, will I get the $40 in reward afte this quarter?

This year's recycling against this year's qualified purchases, so yes, if you recycled 20 carts and made a $40 qualified purchase today, you would have earned $40 in rewards for the first quarter. The rewards payout would be received near the end of May 2011.

I looked at the receipt and code 9999 is exactly how the cashier got it to work.

I looked at the receipt and code 9999 is exactly how the cashier got it to work. See how correct was my suspect. So in reality this coupon really does not work on these software, but if you get a friendly cashier, he/she may push it through. Big YMMV.
