Considering Amazon is snooping on the reading habits of all Kindle owners, the Kindle with Special Offers has turned out to be an incredible bargain. Costs less than the other Kindles, and the offers have been outstanding. It's paid for itself with Special Offers for things I was going to buy anyway. $10 for $30 worth of swimwear, $10 for $20 Amazon GC, $10 for $30 worth of Amazon denim, 20% off any electronics purchase, and there was another one which was very worthwhile.

Don't think I'm a "special offers" kindle owner, but I'd highly recommend the Hunger Games (first 3 listed on the link) buy the first 2 and you'll spend the free $10 on the third guaranteed
