I've seen these frozen at the store, but never been to the B&M. How does this compare to the CiCi's buffet?

This is not a buffet and there is a price difference between CPK and Cicis....there are other things at CPK as well, they have some great salads and lots of pastas.

I love both Cici's and CPK. Let's not compare the two. They are in separate leagues. One is a discount Pizza buffet, that fills your stomach and at the same time gives decent quality for the amount you pay (Cici's). The other, CPK, blends different flavors and tastes and creates varieties of Pizzas that you will appreciate and enjoy to the fullest. Now, you can still fill yourself with this, but this will cost you lot more.

yeah, very strict. guys need ties and black dress shoes. no jeans either.
