today's the last day for a couple of rebates. Also, adding the following:

SmithMicro Manga Studio Debut 4.0
$40 - $40 MIR exp 4/25/13

Panda Security Global Protection 2013 - 3 PCs
$45 - $45 MIR exp 4/25/13

FWIW, both of these rebate should have no issues/problems. (at least in my experience)

VivYip said:   another risky rebate added to today's FAR:

Intuit QuickBooks Online Simple Start
$90 - $90 MIR exp 4/15/13

do it at your own risk.

FWIW, the item is back in stock (remember, do it at your own risk) today is the last day for the rebate for now.

Might do Smith Micro. It's a little money. Panda and Quick books are a waste of time. Quick books because you have to activate, Panda because it's worth $2 on eBay.

smith micro did? i'm relatively new to smith micro rebates...if so, i guess it's because it's a rebateshq rebate...sigh

panda does take a long time, true....sigh

cleared out the rebates that expired yesterday...

a few to add today:

Color3 Advanced HDMI Color Processing Device **$2.99 s/h unless person has Shoprunner**
$79.99 - $79.99 MIR card exp 4/18/13

McAfee Internet Security 2013 - 1 PC
$40 - $40 MIR card exp 4/25/13

Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus 2013 - 3 Devices
$40 - $40 MIR exp 4/22/13

Intuit Quickbooks Payroll Enhanced 2013
$280 - $280 MIR exp 4/22/13

I'm almost tempted to do the intuit rebate, but after the experiences i've had with the simple start...I think i'll pass on this one (it's very tempting though)

Thank goodness for frys. Their rebates are a PITA but at least they have Kaspersky.

I did the QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll rebate in August 2012 at Staples and had no issues at all. I did not hear any reports from others of any issues either. This was prior to the multiple reports of issues with the QuickBooks SimpleStart rebates though.

Kaspersky rebates via Fry's take at least 4 months from date of purchase.

Mine haven't taken even three months but YMMV.

Would the AVG Anti-Virus & Anti-Spyware 3 User that was FAR a few weeks back be considered a different product?

rated:
i can't answer that confidently because i haven't tried it (yet)

supposedly, for McAfee it's okay, but i do'nt know about AVG

Historically yes, but ever since the Symantec 'Audit' rejections, all Parago rebates are suspect.

Frys has got Norton 360 for $4.99 but I'm too cheap to go for the $5. Tempting though. Newegg just seems have worthless Panda.

rated:
The problem with $5 at frys is the tax so it's more like $10. Not worth the hassle and cost thanks to parago/norton's audit process.

I'm still tempted. I don't live in one of those states. But it's only worth $15 on eBay so I don't know...still better than Panda which is worth $1.99.

Squinky is referring to the 10' cable. (Just clarifying since he listed two cables FAR.) Thanks Squinky.
