That it combines yoga, Pilates, stretch, endurance and cardio in one workout that you can do at home. It appears to be geared towards women so hopefully resistance settings start lower and don't increase as much w/ each increment.
I sure could use this to work off my holiday "excesses" so I hope you pick me!!! (waving hand wildly...)
