Thanks, OP. Incredible pricing for the Imperial Palace. I've stayed there before; decent location and room, and the mid-week pricing with this package is $22/night. That's better than half the price, and sometimes 1/4 the price of the other hotels in this offering. Grab it now!

I have not done online membership, but seems pretty clear to me. Maybe you should reread your own post where you listed the options.

for $37 you can buy the online membership and have them HOLD your book, then you can pick-up your MRB at their customer service counter in Vegas. or for $3.50 more they will MAIL it to you. This leads me to believe that the coupons aren't printable, even with the online membership. They are basically saying that it takes 2 weeks to get your coupon book by mail from the time you join, so if you are coming to town sooner you should have them hold it for pick-up. Doesn't sound the least bit sketchy or confusing.

if anything the fact that you can do business with them face-to-face should put your mind at ease

Then got $50 x4 Prime Match Guarantee coupons thru Expedia due to price changes on my group's 3 booked rooms. Flight was $59 one way from Bay to LAS non stop. Lastly, I sandwiched a $20 at check in and got a North tower deluxe room upgrade which was awesome because I read too many S. Tower horror stories. Next time: Ballys or tower suite @ Mirage w/ the same trick, though the ~insane~ prices on the strip and constant cancer sticks fumigation ensure this will be a long time away.

I didn't end up getting the LVA coupon book, and in retrospect, wouldn't get it on another trip. I simply don't see the value. Too many of those deals can be found elsewhere for free and/or are places not worth visiting when time is of the essence. Between Ballys coupon book, Las Vegas, half price tickets, or the myriad of other publications, hand outs, etc you'll find the majority of that stuff anyway, and still feel robbed, so gotta get used to that.

Regarding buffets, the buffet of buffets($45 with Total Rewards membership) is the best buffet bang for buck if you time the meals right (Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch Dinner), but if you're in Vegas on the weekend, you'll realize that is virtually impossible as those decent buffets (Paris, Rio, Caesars, Planet Hollywood, etc.) have incredibly long lines around the clock that totally kill the deal. Ended up just opting for Bellagio's 'the Buffet' and a few other restaurants in order to spend more time actually doing something.

Unfortunately, the casinos weren't as friendly to my pocket book as this deal! However, was able to score KA tickets for $65 total w/ military discount, and it was spectacular. The production value and creativity made 'O' almost seem tame by comparison. Was going to watch Zumanity, Criss Angel and Penn & Teller as well but all were on vacation time.

Yes, that's right. Resort fee is a revenue retention joke by many casinos to extort more out of your pocket for things that should be free amenities. I believe all Caesars Hotels (Ballys,Caesars Palace, Paris, Rio, Harrahs, Flamingo, and Imperial Palace) waive that fee. You could try tipping the front disk upon check-in to see if they'll waive that fee and also maybe upgrade your room. Here's a good site on that: http://www.frontdesktip.com/. Good luck!

If you guys are gonna get the Buffet of Buffets at Harrahs properties, this link will get you 2 free passes when you stay two nights ($90 value). This makes rooms at places like the dump at Imperial Palace for less than $10/night on select week days.

Anyone know if there is a way to sell a hotel voucher. I won a two night stay at the Bellagio (Salon Suite) and R/T limo to airport at a charity auction. I can not use the voucher as plans have changed, is there anyway to sell this other than eBay? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
