what does this even mean or have to do with the deal??I'm pretty sure you can use Kinect to control Netflix via voice and hand motions instead of using the manual controller. It's OP's opinion that this is the best way to use Netflix on the 360.

Why do I have to be an Xbox gold member and pay a $60 yearly tax to use it when it is free on the Wii and PS3. Not to bash too hard but this is the case so Netflix really sucks on the 360 when you consider cost.

Honestly, I don't know anyone with a 360 who doesn't have Live. Xbox Live is the entire reason to get an Xbox over a PS3 to begin with. If you don't feel what Microsoft offers for the money is worth it, get a PS3 and enjoy your exclusives.

I bought this from Amazon when they had it for $99. The Adventures game is on disc, the other two are downloads. Fruit Ninja wasn't that hefty but the Gunslinger game was 3+ gigs so it would probably be pretty tight.
Games are nifty, not sure they'd hold anyone's interest very long but at least they give an idea of what Kinect does.

Now you know one . Live is not the reason now to own the 360 over the PS3 it is the Kinect. For those who don't have ample hard drive space beware of gunstringer, that takes up 3.8 gig of space.

Are you within your return period? Pick up the new one at Target and use that for your return at Sams.

Beat me to the punch... So I'll just echo this idea
Update: even if you're stuck with Sams store credit... $130 will buy you a lifetime supply of 5-gallon tubs of mayo

Amazon dropped the price to 104.99, but sold out and will not be in stock till Jan 11. Everywhere else the price is over $120.

You guys do realize you can expand your memory with a cheapo flash drive, or even better an external hard drive right? Live and Halo have always been the reason, and always will be(most likely) what seperates xbox from the rest. Dont get me wrong, the kinect is nifty, and i was extremely excited about 3yrs before it was even officially anounced as being released, but the execution on it failed miserably in my opinion. Nifty tricks that ooo and awww girls and small children, but 0 usability for your more hardcore gamers. I'm a fairly avid gamer, and own all 3 systems, Netflix is by far easier and more enjoyable on the xbox, but that is hardly the reason I pay for live. Every game I own is exponentially better when played online against an entire world of opponents rather than some crappy AI drummed up in some nerds lair. Oh and fyi nobody pays $60, thats what fatwallet is for, at most I have paid is 35.
Decent deal on the kinect OP! Green

I got this from Amazon and it was defect. I did not realize the number of defects was so high for this product until Christmas day. I always wondered why someone would still prefer Wii over xbox. I learned the hard way. Google "Kinect error code" before you buy. I simply bought the same set at BestBuy last week for the same price $99 and returned the one from Amazon. However I already downloaded the games so wasnt quite sure how return would work with Amazon, however to my delight they accepted it for a full refund, even though I already downloaded the games. Once it works its pretty neat!
