This is actually a big reduction in the rebate program. Last year you got up to $50 by mail whenever you filled a prescription. Now you get money only after you spend $20 on your prescription and only if the pharmavy takes the card. Express Scripts (mail order) doesn't take the card so anybody that has to use mail order can't get any benefit.
The good news is that the patent expires on Actos in 2012 and generic equivalents will soon be available.
