Was at Subway for lunch this weekend and some receipts were offering $5 subway gift card for taking online survey. Cashier told me it was only for customers who ordered flatbread items and didn't know if it was just them or all subway locations - so YMMV.
In my area (Langhorne, PA) there is no computer register input for bread choice (flatbread, wheat, etc), so my flatbread sandwich did not produce a gift-certificate survey. The survey that has been running for nearly 2 yrs is for a free cookie.
Does your receipt have the word "flatbread" on it ?
