It is a really nice pad. I used the Sand Mountain (rectangular) pad all last season and it kept me comfortable and warm into the 20s. It takes about 15 big breaths to inflate to a greater comfort than self inflating pads; it is much lighter to boot.
Sand Mountain is nearly identical to the much more expensive Big Agnes Air Core Insulated.

that is one strange looking sleeping bag. though it may be super warm, imagine how claustrophobic it must feel when you want to move around but end up rolling around
