Yeah they stopped for a while, sold only the batteries only pack for $21 (10AA or 12AAA). My Costco just got the pack with the charger back in, just like the one being sold on Amazon here. It's $24.99 or $25.99. I bought 2 packs last time they had the $5 coupon. GREAT batteries, fresh out of the pack they powered a toy and then a LED Christmas tree for a week. The AA's charge to 2500ma according to my Lacrosse BC900, for reference my original white ones are 21-2200.
I'm not going to judge, but a $6 markup by this reseller is not too unreasonable, since it's ~$27 with tax and you'd have to have a Costco membership..
