Been watching this for the last month just got marked down to $99.00 at the Bloomington IL Home Depot. Decided to pull the trigger. Now you have someplace to store all those flashlights.
Showing as $199.99 for me in the Rockford IL area however. That is not the sku. The sku is a 6 digit number and since it's not listed on the web page for this product, someone will have to look at the HD shelf tag to get it.
OP, please put B&M and YMMV in the title since this is a possible in-store deal only.
I've looked at this in person and it is a good deal for $99. It is adjustable height and would be a good portable workstation for your power tools and accessories, a nice compliment to a toolbox since it will hold larger items in the open bottom and has the a wooden work surface on top.
Sorry I don't normally find good enough deals to post. My impressions are that this is a decent cabinet, the drawer unit comes preassembled and is rather tall when the legs are all the way up. Figure out how high you want to make it first, then assemble. If you change your mind its a real PITA. One problem I have is the wheels, they are sturdy but they really slide on very smooth concrete when locked down. I am going to try and soften them up a bit. All in all a very nice unit.

thank you to whomever put the inventory tracker together. there's a link on the tracker for the rolling workbench, but it says $149 so the price may vary by store. you need to enter your local store # in the tracker. inventory tracker by store

It'll fill in the form for you: http://checkinventory.home.comcast.net?site=H&sku=981004
These are normally $299, at $99 I think I'll go see if my local HD has marked them down!
Thanks OP

Went to my local HD in Chicago #1912 and it is at $299. My HD is rearranging the store so they may not be updating product pricing and instead repositioning inventory to new locations. They actually have this product with shelving instead of with tool boxes. Strange placement location.
Update. Went to another HD #1961 and they had them but were marked at $149. Also not with the toolboxes but with the cantilever shelving. They scanned and it came up as $149. Didn't have a receipt or proof it was sold at $99 at another HD. Hmmmm

Went out during lunch today and picked one up. This morning the inventory checker showed 5 available at one of the HDs near me. Before I left work it showed 4. When I got there one was on a cart behind the customer service desk and only two were left on the shelf. They seem to be going quickly so if you find one and want it...don't delay, act now, supplies are running out.
Cliff's Notes: I also picked one up at lunch - Tigard, OR location. There should be three left and the display. Clearly marked $99. Go in the doors and to your right. They are against the front wall.
Don't be a dolt like me and forget the SKU. As I said they were not in the tool section and both the tool guys had never even seen one. One of them pulled it up on the website, and of course, it says "internet special" or something, so he was like, nope, we don't have it because it would say right here if we did. I noticed that he was just using the web, so I asked if I could use it and he let me so I came back here and got the SKU. He still was convinced they didn't have it, but I managed to get him to find the other guy with the scanner and run the SKU. Shocker - they had it. Problem was, they didn't know where they were so we preceeded to look at the top of about 10 isles. The guy with the scanner mentioned it was clearanced and was last with the Christmas stuff. He also mentioned that it showed they sold one five days ago. We finally went over there and there they sat. Big thanks to Art at HD (the guy with the scanner) for sticking with me. Once he scanned the SKU and saw they had it he was determined to find them. The other guy was pretty helpful as well other than he was convinced they did not have it.
it's a good deal, but i chose not to buy it. the workbench is made by whalen. i found 6 at the cypress park, ca store for $99 late last night and i had a 20% Harbor Freight coupon with me, but decided i didn't need it. i actually need a larger stationary workbench and already have 4 rollaway craftsman chests (a few former fw deals), 1 rolling workbench that i built myself and 1 craftsman rolling cart (fw deal).
while at the store, i notice they had the following items on yellow tag clearance: steel firepit ring with bbq grill (need to buy your own bricks to surround the pit) for ~29.97 (reg. 79.xx), weber Q electric grill $190. there were other yellow tagged clearance items in the bbq, outdoor living section.

Just went by the HD this morning. Only floor model was left (even though inventory showed 2). Took it at 10% off + Harbor Freight 20%. Now to decide if I really need it. Some nice features are the real wood (not particle) top, 1 set of the wheels are locking, the drawers are lined and all lockable with smooth ball-bearing motion, height adjustability, peg board holes on both sides of drawer housing. I will also consider adding a pegboard back, work light, and power strip. By the way, getting it in the truck was definitely a 2-man job. It's heavy. Thanks, OP.

Can anyone that has one tell me the minimum and maximum height? (the site just lists 43.25", not a range)
Got two this morning, one for me and my brother. Thanks!

VirginiaDC said: You really think this is worth $99? I can build one hell of a workbench for $99 worth of lumber in an afternoon. Not with the hardware and solid wood top included with this workbench.
The casters alone on this workbench would run you around $40...not to mention the ball bearing drawer slides, steel handle and drawers, lock etc.

If they were both out of box and already constructed (mine was a floor model), then I salute you & your personal trainer!

Yeah, but it's only 20" x 48". More like a tool box with a wooden top.
1. Go easy on tightening the screws. The threads strip easy, but, a few extras are included. 2. Not sure if the washers for attaching the casters are doing anything. 3. Used the grease zerk to grease the castors. One of the zerks came completely out with the grease gun.
Overall, great deal for $99. The only thing I'd change would be to upgrade the nuts, screws, bolts and grease zerks.
ps. Open the top drawers before trying to assemble. They have the hardware and castors in two boxes.
Thanks OP. Was able to pick one up in Houston 59 and 610 store. They had one left. Was pretty easy to put it together an hour job. Still on my truck upside down because I dont want to flip it over by my self. Pretty easy to do as a one man job but you will need some help lifting it when all is completed, you have to put it together upside down.

Weeeell... Let's see. So far I have put a power strip on it. On the bottom storage I have my skil saw, elec. sander/case, jig saw/case, router/case/ two drills, 18 in. tool box with small saws, hand & hack saw, 16 qt box with sanding accessories; bottom drawer has a dremel box kit, 2 socket set boxes, 2 screw driver sets/ boxes, some hammers and loose tools; top left drawer has power tool accessories (skil saw blades, sanding disks in box, a drill guide, a few different drill bit sets in boxes, and safety equip (gloves, masks, and glasses); top right "draw" has a general purpose stubby tool box kit and lots of various loose tools, rulers, carpenter square, etc. (lots more room in this drawer). The wooden top is clear and ready for action. So if this sounds like a normal tool box, you must be the Martha Stewart of tool organizing. By the way, this will also roll where you want it to. The reason I mention all the boxes is to indicate that by the time I get rid of all these and get dividers for these drawers there will be much more room. By the time I have done that, I will also have made room for my small shop vac on the bottom. The biggest benefit of this bench is really the bottom space/ storage & it's mobility.
Strange that all four castors swivel. Shouldn't a pair of the castors be rigid? Could make driving this thing through the garage an adventure.

Got two in Bloomfield, CT. They have two left. It's pretty heavy for one guy, but possible. Thanks OP. This will be great for under the table saw, and to mount a mortiser.
