I'm pretty sure this is the stereo I have in my car right now.
I picked it up off the shelves of WalMart on clearance for around $50-70 about 2 years ago.
I figured it'd be a bit disappointing considering the off-brand and price. Surprisingly, I was mostly blown away with how well the features worked.
I use the BT regularly with my cell phone for listening to music, audio books, and hands-free phone calls (with the included *wired* microphone). It's never given me problems with my OG Droid or my EVO3D. The device will automatically switch to the mic&speakers if your phone is connected via BT if you are getting a phone call while listening to the radio or other sources. Conveniently, it also recalls your volume settings and adjusts based on output mode - so if you are listing to the radio at a lower volume and then get a phone call, it'll recall that you had to turn up the volume to hear the call properly and do so automatically (hope that's not confusing) or vice-vera. I was also surprised to find that the buttons on the unit had no trouble controlling the Next Rack/Skip functionally of my phone's media player (including Pandora).
The CD player works fine and handled a disc full of MP3s without issue (aside from some of the standard lag most players have when initially sorting the folders and files.)
At this point, I've only got 2 bad things to say about it: 1) It looks rather gaudy/cheap. The plastic isn't impressive, the big, gnarly button doesn't help its looks, and I rather wish the lighting was adjustable. And the included wired Mic can be a bit ugly if you can't find a nice way to hide the wire but still make the mic useful. - Personally, I never got into the wireless BT earphones, so I love having the mic. I don't have to carry a headset around, I don't have to keep anything charged, and I don't have to drive/walk around looking like a tool with my bt headset. But I knew most of those things going into it so it wasn't a huge knock for me.
2) Recently, my unit has started to display some volume oddities. The volume with randomly adjust itself (usually turning itself down, sometimes all the way). Combined with that is the weirdness of my main volume button not working at times either. I don't think it comes with a remote control so if this continue in my unit, it may need to be replaced. At this time, I'm hoping it may be related to a loose connection or something. Either way, I consider this unit a great value for the amount of use and features I got out of it since I've owned it (for the price)
I haven't ever tried the iPod controls nor have I had a need for the USB or front input controls.

Some car stereos have a setting that compensate for road noise. When you are driving and come to a stop the stereo may automatically lower the volume. This may or may not be the case with your stereo. Check settings?
Regarding the deal, I'm looking for something that will blend in with my car's interior. I wonder if the lighting can be adjusted/dimmed?
I would go to toyotanation.com and do a search for those who may have replaced the factory radio. Most people post pictures to show their stuff off, so you can get a good idea for how it will look. There should be a dash kit for your car...go to Metra.com and see what they have for your car.
