Run to your local worse buy to sample the speakers. The electrostatics look cool, but I don't think they sound that much better than the motion speakers.

I'm guessing for my first pair of high end speakers, these at $540 are going to blow me away. The reviews at $1500 said they were pretty darn good for "mid level" speakers. I'll try to review after I break em in.

Newegg is still processing my order from Saturday, despite me paying $3 for rush processing. I called them, and they explained that it's 1-2 business days to process. Uhm...OK. I got my $3 back.
Oh, and I got $16 Cash Back from FW. Total cost is now $523, which is only about $10 more than Fry's was. I'm happy...if they ever get em to me.

Oh, btw, if anyone finds something comparable in the next day, and they haven't processed my order, I'll cancel it right away. I'm just shaking my head at Newegg, leaving the "Cancel this order" up for over 48 hours, inviting me to find a better deal.

Newegg is still processing. What the???? Any other good deals out there? I'm not at all happy with Newegg, especially after paying $3 for "rush processing."
