I just ordered Final fantasy XIII-2 for the Xbox360 and got $30 promo credit. If you hurry you might get in on it too. I think it is just supposed to be $20.

Tough deal though because you won't know if you got all $30 in credit until after the game ships. Did you already get your credit, xplorer001?
I would say add "$30 credit instead of $20" to the title of this post. You can use the "edit" button to make that change.
I'd like to think this is Amazon's way of saying "Hey, we're sorry we sold you that POS game titled Final Fantasy XIII. Have a credit. On us."
Well, at least that was my opinion of FF XIII. I know other people will feel differently.

very skeptical that this game is any good at any price, final fantasy 13 was pretty much on rails as it was with an incoherent storyline.

Doesn't matter, it's still a Final Fantasy. cptbarkey189 said: very skeptical that this game is any good at any price, final fantasy 13 was pretty much on rails as it was with an incoherent storyline.

Looks like it's back down just to $20.
Which is a shame because I probably would have pulled the trigger with $30, but $20 just isn't tempting enough.

If ffxiii-2 is anywhere close to how unexceptional ffxiii was, then it will probably be $19.99 in no time. I got the first one for $19.99 about 2 months after it was released. And looking at the dismal ff sequels in the past (ff tactics A2, ff10-2, ff7 dirge of cerberus, ff12:reverent wings, among others), I think I will wait (shortly) for the price to come down...

watch out, FFX13 was worthless as a game so if this is anything like it, its not worth it, check out the reviews first
