I can't figure out how people who were milking the SERO plan for years can now hate Sprint since the gravy train came to an end. They still have some of the best plans and pricing out there!

FYI I had this phone for a month and returned it, it kept losing signal, no notification light and the ringer was really quiet. I got the Epic 4g touch a few months later and couldn't be happier.

I was on my original $30 Sero plan and called to upgrade my phone, Still have everything I had with my Sero plan but had to add a premium data plan that took my bill from $30 to $50 per month but now I can activate any phone that Sprint offers. Still a great deal to me.

Fantastic phone. Bought one unlocked for my wife to use on T-Mobile and even thought its radio only gets 21mbit HSPDA and not the 42mbit one, it still blows away my 4G-less EVO in speed and every other metric.
Caveat - just did some quick reviews and noticed it doesn't have an SD slot for storage expansion. Not necessarily a dealbreaker for everyone, but it seems like enough of the reviewers were caught off guard by it.
