These $3 off $3.99+ is not a check-in coupon, it's in your rewards account. Mine has my rewards number in it after the first five digits of the coupon. That said, I don't know if it will link rewards accounts if you use it with a different one. I've never heard of that happening before.

None of my check-in coupons from the mobile app have my rewards number, and I've gotten them without signing in to my rewards account from the app.

Your $3 general item coupon is not valid on a $700 laptop computer.

Thanks for the info. I did mean the check-in coupons. So to make it clear you have gotten the check-in coupons without being logged into either rewards nor the Staples account. I will try and see if I can get the check-in coupons without being logged in.

Discovered a 2 $ coupon that was going to expire the EOM from a cartridge I recycled (dried out). I never check this account. I also have 3 cartridges that I ordered online that didn't work that I got a refund from and they didn't ask for them back. So, I'll get 6 for those. So this triggered 8 bucks I didn't know I had. Didn't get the 3$ one though.

Big whoop (sarcastically spoken). Got a 50% off Crayola products, excluding clearance. That's certainly not tempting me to make a special trip to the store.

Am I blacklisted by St@ples? I cannot apply my $3 coupon on any items. It says minimal amount not reached.

The $3 coupon is not for in-store use, as the register will beep when you try to scan it. Says its not a valid store coupon. It required a manager override to put the coupon through, which he finally did. The manager told me he'd take the coupon, this one time as a courtesy. So YMMV on using the $3 coupon in-store.

Got a 10 off 25 along with two crayola and one avery binder %off coupons.

Just tried it to see what would happen. I'm not blacklisted and same thing happens to me. Guess I'll print and bring B&M.

Same for me...can't apply it to software purchase online....and the terms do not exclude software or technology purchases aside from the specific items listed as excluded.

Anyone know why?
