Think of all the typing you would have saved if you would read posts more.
I fixed it. It is now T&C.

Not sold online from what I can see, just B&M and YMMV as they don't appear to be stocked nationwide.

I got confused with Quaker Oil Rebate...Up to $15.99 MIR for one RainX fusion wiper

Bet it can be stacked. Just ask the cashier for an extra copy of the receipt.

I would assume they can't be stacked. T&C says "Cannot be combined with any other Rain-X offer". Both rebates also get sent to the exact same place, so 99% they will NOT stack.

When he's ready for a replacement, the second one will not have deteriorated in storage.

The spare would last longer in your garage, than in your trunk, since it should be cooler. The main thing is to keep it out of sunlight.

I'm having a hard time seeing what value you're adding here. Did a fifth-grader hijack your FatWallet account or something?

Ponder this:
Batteries and tobacco, store in the fridge because it is colder?
The fine print on the rebate form says that "Offer forms may not be mechanically reproduced." Seems like a pdf scan of the form is a reproduction.
OP: where did you get your form? The walmarts around me have the blades, but not the rebate form you scanned.

From op: "The offer form attached was found in Smart Source flyer."
This was from the March 24/25 weekend newspaper. Not sure if WalMart or rainx has online versions...
