Their eBay feedback says something else - it actually looks pretty good given the number of transactions they do.
I've had 9 purchases from them this year, and all were about as close to perfect as you can get.

Love my TF, but wish they would come up with a fix for some common issues like the random reboots, out of balance speakers and charging issues.

May I know why it is a bad company?

Horrible Customer Service, SLOOOOOOOW ship times, if ever... Also, they don't honor returns too often, if electronics, they refer you to the company.
They will not allow cancellations if the order is "Processing" which it goes into immediately after ordering... Contacted them several times to cancel one of my orders and they send a canned message "Sorry, it's in processing"
I had to file with Paypal after three weeks of "Processing"
2 horrible orders, and not going to be a third.

All 3 of the Transformers I had had quality issues. Two had squeaky cases, one had a lot of light bleed. But for this price maybe they've fixed them.

Could you please clarify where to see the 90 day warranty policy? I do not see the 90 day warranty mentioned anywhere.

I havent had any problems with my TFP, but it is a later model and 32gb. I would assume that since it is a refurb it was probably an early model and it would be had to believe that they wouldnt correct the issues during the refurb process. If this refurb performs like the later models then this is a good deal IMO

Mine doesn't have any of these problems. I wonder when we can upgrade to IC.

You mean ICS? Mine already has it. No, I didn't put a custom ROM on it. It was pushed as a software update.
