You might want to change title, this is the E-PL1, a cheaper , cut down version of the E-P1

Just FYI, the E-PL1 maybe cheaper but it does have a built-in flash which the E-P1 lacks. And despite its lower MSRP, its market price has been near identical to the E-P1.
However, the E-PL2 is a much better camera than the E-PL1. And the E-PL1 with kit lens was just $192 (after eBay Bucks) 2 weeks ago. This really isn't all that hot of a deal.

Wrong. That was a demo model. This camera body is brand new. You can't compare apples and oranges. Your post is misleading. At the price of $149, this E-PL1 is $134 less than the previous lowest price for a NEW E-PL1 camera body.
As for the E-PL2, you are correct. It is a better camera. Now tell us what it costs . . NEW.
