Combine with the $20 off $75 of the other thread...Coupon code: 48432

BTW, if you buy three or more, shipping to home is free as well (for the people like myself who don't have a Staples store in the vicinity).

thanks. Also found another one 89479 $5 off $25.

If you are ordering $75 worth of breakroom supplies, the $20 off coupon 48432 still worked for me a few minutes ago (though it technically expired yesterday). Can combine the TP with two other recently posted deals (thanks to MisterCheap and farside for those):

Paper Towels

and

Swiffer Deals

to easily hit $75, making it a very sweet deal. Thanks bigfanwallet!!

Nice, four cases of paper towel and two toilet paper for $59.59 delivered.

following the wonderful guidance of Gertrude23 picked up some bath tissue & brawny paper towels
took advantage of $20 off $75 coupon

$20 off $75 still works
THANKS

is this cheap??

With the coupons: yes.

Great deal AR!

how are these on the arse? i'm used to charmin ultra soft. anyone done a head to head comparison? (or i guess i should say butt to butt comparison)

Thanks OP & Gertrude. Used the $20/$75 code for 3 Quilted Northern, 2 Bounty and 1 Swiffer. Came to $79.44 before the $20 off. Paid w/ Rewards and hoping my Fat Cash click thru worked.

Is it cheaper than Costco?

Looks like I'm stocked up on toilet paper for a while...ordered 5 TP's that came out to $65.20 after tax. Hope its a good price...

Nice to have it delivered too...five 30 packs of TP would take a lot of room in the car!

I used to use quilted northern all the time, until they make the role much narrower than other brands. It will stains my hand easily.

But this is a very tempting price. so for people do not mind the narrow roll, it is very good deal. (better than costco on sale with 20 off 75)

It's $8 for two 9-packs at Walgreen's which is only slightly cheaper and they set a limit of two, but there, you only need $25 for free shipping

http://www.walgreens.com/store/store/product/view_product_detail...

4 packs of quilted northern + 2 packs brawny = 8.30 after rewards LOL

Just a heads up on the Quilted Northern Ultra Plush, as it seems this 30pak is only 176 sheets per role vs the last time is was 200 sheets per roll .

When is Quilted Northern going to quit doing this to customers !

Quess I'll have to quit buying Quilted Northern altogether at this rate ..... geez .

same price at Target-- said temporary price cut

Grat Savings thank you

How does this compare with the Kirkland brand TP at Costco? I've noticed the Kirkland rolls are pretty thick and last a long time (425-sheet count supposedly). I don't recall what the price is at my local Costco but online it shows $17~. It's probably around $20 either way.

according to a poll, 50% of people in US don't use TP in toilet. they use torn clothes, papers and even their hand , lol! how many of these 50% are you ?

I tried Kirkland's once. When it gets a little wet it falls apart. No mas for me.

I have crunched the numbers on toilet paper many times. We have used both Northern & Angel Soft and have no real preference except price. Angel Soft always beats Northern in price/value. $16 Northern, you can get the same amount of Angel Soft for $12.10 everyday, no sale & no coupons.

The Angel Soft is a much better deal. Both are 2 ply. And unlike Northern, Angel Soft's double roll is equivalent in sheet amount to their single roll. Single = 150, Double = 300

Northern Double = 242, Mega = 330. 12 Double = 2904 sheets, 9 Mega = 2970 sheets. 24 Single = 12 Double = 9 Mega (supposedly but not really). I am not sure what a Single roll of Northern has since I could not find any at the store when I gathered my info.

All the Staples stores near me have the Angel Soft 24 "Big Roll" pack for $7.99 (Reg. $9.99).

Northern double roll is 242 sheets x 30 rolls for $16
Angel Soft "Big Roll" is 225 sheets x 24 rolls for $8

Northern - 242 x 30 = 7260 sheets
Angel Soft - 7260 / 225 = 32.26666
32.26666 Angel Soft "Big Roll" = 30 Double Rolls of Northern

Angel Soft - $8 / 24 = .3333333 x 32.2666666 = $10.76

$10.76 for the same amount of Angel Soft as the $16 Northern

10 x 24 = 240 x 225 = 54000 / 7260 = 7.4380 x $15.99 = $118.93
Equivalent - Northern $118.93 or Angel Soft $79.99 ($99.99 @ regular price)

You can buy 12 Double rolls of Angel Soft for $6 at WalMart every day or the same price, when on sale, at other places. That makes a Double roll of Angel Soft every day price at 50 cents. This is what I always use to compare TP prices.

10 packs of Angel Soft, 24 "Big Rolls" @ Staples = 180 Double Rolls, which would be $90 at WalMart every day.
$7.99 x 10 = $79.99 - $25 coupon = $54.99 for $90 equiv. worth of Angel Soft.
The coupon referred to is the $25/$75 in store only coupon that we all printed from the other thread a few days ago.

@jimates
Helluva job there. Will be trying some Angel Soft from Wally soon.

What is the SKU for Angel Soft, 24 "Big Rolls" @ Staples, can't seem to find it at $7.99. Appreciate SKU or link.
Thanks

Wow - you must have a ten key next to the can

FW, keep on posting such political deals and you'll shrink your user base even more!

(for the record, both Angel Soft and Quilted Northern are owned by Koch Bros)

Thanks

The sku on the sign is 445260, but it doesn't show up at Staples.com (reason I forgot to put the sku). 3 of the stores in my area have a big display right inside the door, next to the carts. It has been this price for at lease 2 weeks, and I think the dates on the sign were thru the 21st.

The inventory checker works with that sku, all stores within 100 miles of me show as, in stock.
Closest store to me is 16 miles but I will be in town tomorrow, and will get a picture.

When cleaning up after thread crapping do you prefer Angel or Northern? We're dying to know.

It definitely takes 3 ply for that type of cleanup.

Well, maybe for you is thread crapping, for me is a deal breaker. But I'll admit that if the only factor you're willing to consider is price, you're right.

I was only responding to therugsucker, not your post.

But, I said for us we have no preference between Angel Soft or Northern. We do have a preference over many other brands.

You, and many many others, likely have a preference to what TP you use whether it be price or not.
