How does this compare to the truly split keyboard? I'm looking for something smaller than that one but more or less as ergonomic.

Wow - I actually have one of these and I'm typing this tripe on that very keyboard. About all I can say is that the keyboard is surprisingly OK for this price and is way better at typing than I am. It's not really all that different or special - it's not uber-ergonomic and it's really pretty traditional - but there's a decent feel to typing on it and it's survived kids and crap without complaining (unlike me...). If it ever dies I'd probably get another at this price but given the way it's survived 'til now that may not happen soon.

I ran into Staples on 86th st in manhattan and I seen they had about 5 but didn't ask any questions because I was in a hurry but I told my girlfriend and she called them and they said it comes out to $16.60 for it < don't know how they got that $$$$ ! or her for that matter LOL

In for one Thanks OP ! Read a # of good reviews like the one above. Pretty impressive for the price. Ordered it a few days ago. Ship to store is several days on this. Had 6$ in Staples rewards. So net was 4 bucks.

You won't need any coupons for a $10 Keyboard LOLI guess I rushed that last message and should clarify. There's a $5/25 Staples coupon available to everyone this week and there is FAR photo paper. The limit on the photo paper is 2 and the price is $9.99 each so total is $19.98. You might as well buy it together with this keyboard to get over $25 and save yourself $5 in the process.
