If buying from Amazon and not a 3rd party seller, this item counts toward Free Super Saver Shipping or is shipped free with Prime (no minimum). I believe that one must still purchase a minimum $25 of merchandise to qualify for the FSSS. I have no idea if the No-Rush is an option with FSSS, either, sorry.
I do know that this works for Prime members, tho. Essentially, one makes 12¢ on an MP3 and gets a free book, to boot.
