Here's a direct link to the De11 Home Outlet Save Up To 25% Sale. You can click on the "Check Prices" button underneath the XPS13 section to pull up their inventory.
I had no problems adding a XPS 13 & using the 10% off coupon.

be careful, Dell xps13 has heating problem. The vent is on the chasis so it makes the keyboard pretty warm

bought an xps 13 today for 868.00 just by clicking on the chat with a representative icon and his/her giving me discount coupons. It also included free shipping.

wiruDell chat claims it was an error on the page advertising the coupon and that it's supposed to be for the 560.

which processor, hard drive and version of windows? also is it new, refurb or scratch & dent? the xps 13 ranges from 839 to 1300 before the 10% or FW Cash Back.
I'm tempted to get one, but my XPS 1340 is still running good. I might wait till ivy bridge models hit the outlet in a few months (assuming they do a re-fresh of the XPS 13 with the new processors).
