From farside post, there is a $20 rebate (OCZ2-11236, limit 1 per household, expire 05/07/12) that would bring the final price down to $179.99 AC/AR.

If you received the coupon in your e-mail, there's a 15% off coupon that can be applied instead: BTENFGN45
$220 - 15% = $187, add in the $20 MIR, that's $167.

I tried it this morning and it worked. Just tried and it and "The promo code EMCNENJ227 has been closed and is no longer active." Just tried code from misch "BTENFGN45" and that worked which makes it an even better deal. Didn't realize the original promo code had an expiration date?

Looks like Newegg changed the deal because the expiration date was 5/7 for the code "EMCNENJ227". Sadly I did was not part of the targeted email group, so "BTENFGN45" would not work either.
