Their pizza is so bad, that unless you are already going to be there, buying $25-worth of tokens, you shouldn't bother. I am no pizza snob, I enjoy plenty of low-end pizza, but Chuck E. Cheese is just so flavorless. I can barely finish one piece, and then I have no desire for another.

Wow, I couldn't agree more. At least try and make a decent pizza. Even the Little Caesars $5 Hot-and-Ready is better. And THAT is a very low standard.
Keep in mind, they often run the 100 tokens for $15 coupon, so the pizza isn't really "free". still have to pay $25 now for the tokens to get the pizza. the salad bar coupon is a good one though.

I didn't mind little caesars, until they went from $5 to $6 and "Good" pizza chains started throwing out coupon codes left and right.
I don't mind CEC Fries, loaded with Parmesan. Although, I haven't been there in about a year and I bet they've jacked up the price on them, even though potatoes are, and always have been, dirt cheap.

Didn't they used to run the $10 for 100 tokens? Maybe 2 years back? Or has it always been $15 for 100 as their best deal?

yeah....used to be able to use the "pizza pizza" coupons still they started saying that it meant you had to buy two, not just one

Looks like there is a printable coupon available for buy 60 tokens, get 20 free, bringing it to $15 for 80 tokens. You could buy a large pizza at a place with pizza that doesn't taste like foam rubber for $10 or less, then go to Chuck E Cheese and buy the tokens for $15, and for the same money you get a couple of hours of fun with the kids, AND a pizza that is tasty. Everybody wins.

LOL. This is exactly what I told my wife last night when I was reading an article about how poorly Chuck E Cheese is doing financially, the shake-up with the Chuck E voice actor, etc. Amazing that CEC pizza is so bad it can make Little Caesars seem like gourmet pizza.
