Bought the Sharp LC-60LE830U for $999.99 at Fry's last month, brand new in factory sealed box. Sure, it's last years model, but didn't really care about that. May be worth seeing if your local Fry's has any "secret" closeouts!

Why would you not like the 120hz? A 120hz set should be the perfect choice for pretty much everyone. 240hz really is just a useless gimmick (unless what you actually want is a 3D set, which is sort of a different thing altogether, anyway...)

Did a easy pricematch with Bestbuy which was local within a mile instead of driving 20 miles to the closest Frys. Bought it yester..picking up today/tomorrow. Thanks OP!
